Geothermal passed one big test with temperatures reaching -40°C at the end of January. The house  was warm and comfortable. We are very pleased with Geothermal heating. It runs quiet, keeps the house at an even temperature. The heat pump fits right in where the old furnace was with very little duct work to do.

Darren Winczura and Brian Vitek did a super job in the installation of the premium G heat pump. They even waited until I was completely satisfied before the final billing came. They are knowledgeable in how the system works and took the time to explain it as well.

I would recommend Brian and Darren to anyone interested in a ground source heat pump.

We were inquiring about having a traditional air conditioning system installed in our 5 year old home. We then visited a friends home with a geo-thermal system and were very impressed. Last spring we attended the open house at Alf’s Geo & Drilling to learn more about the system. We learned about the Canadian Eco Energy retrofit grant and how efficient geo thermal systems were.
